The surrounding areas are extremely peaceful, with gorgeous golden beaches, the famous 'Praca' (pronounced prassa), full of superb restaurants and bars, shops, seaside pools and much more within walking distance!

Ground floor:

Entrance into a bright and charming lounge/dining area (with seating for 6 people) with modernized sofas, flat screen TV and patio doors leading out to the pool area. A cosy kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a coffee machine. One double bedroom (made with twin beds) with mirrored embedded wardrobes, ensuite walk in shower and patio doors.

First floor:

One twin bedroom with a separate modern bathroom and access to a small veranda overlooking the pool and tennis courts. The master double bedroom has embedded wardrobes, an ensuite shower room and access to a private terrace with amazing views of the Tennis Courts!

Outside:

A beautiful terrace with a covered porch with furniture, excellent for Al fresco dining! The plunge pool, which is great if you wish to cool down and relax in the privacy of your home away from home! The pool can be heated at an extra weekly supplement.
