Spacious detached villa set in an enormous plot with landscaped gardens, large pool and tennis court located within a short drive to Almancil, shops, restaurants, championship golf courses, Quinta do Lago & Vale do Lobo. You only need 12 minutes by car to beautiful and large beaches and the surroundings are very quiet and give you the chance to have lots of privacy. This is an impeccable choice of villa for your next relaxing holiday!.

Common areas:

Entrance hall with access to 3 bedrooms, leading to the spacious living area. This area comprises a large lounge area with comfortable seating, a wood burning fireplace, a TV and access to the pool terrace through the large sliding doors.

There is a dining area adjacent to the lounge with a large glass top table and seating for 6 pax, also with large sliding doors to the pool terrace.

A vast kitchen, adjoining the living areas, equipped with a range of appliances and tools to ensure that everything you need to create memorable family meals throughout your holiday is at hand! There is also a door from the kitchen to the driveway to facilitate when you arrive with your grocery shopping and large sliding doors leading to the exterior dining area.

A second dining area is connected to the kitchen, equipped for 6 pax, and there is a small utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

Bedrooms:

There are 3 bedrooms located near the main entrance hall of the villa:

Double bedroom with embedded wardrobes and an ensuite bath and shower room.
Master bedroom, made up with twin beds, views over the tennis courts, access to the pool terrace and an ensuite shower and bathroom.
Twin bedroom made as a double bed with an ensuite shower room and access to the pool terrace.

On the other side of the villa, after the kitchen, there are the remaining bedrooms:

Double bedroom with terrace doors to the pool terrace and an ensuite shower and bathroom.
Through the previous bedroom, you can access another one with a double bed, access to the pool area and an ensuite shower and bathroom.

Please note that this last bedroom is connected to the other one and the only way to access it is to go through the previous bedroom or the pool terrace. Therefore, this bedroom is suitable for smaller children to sleep near their parents in the adjoining room.
