The Inside ratingincludes the quality of interior fittings, appearance, comfort, use of space, views and features.

The Outside rating includes external appearance, quality, garden space and location. The ratings are evaluated by our own staff and from customer questionnaires. They indicate the comparative quality and value for money within each property type and price level.
